Reasons whereby this may occur include, but are not limited to, overbooking, a lack of connection to spirit, external circumstances beyond Kimberly's control or bookings by underage persons. A full refund of the paid price is always given in these circumstances. Kimberly reserves the right to end a reading or service if there is any threatening or unpleasant behaviour.
Booked or paid readings and services require 48 hours' notice of cancellation. No shows and cancellations made under the required 48 hours' notice will not be refunded.
